Rachel Murphy expressed his deep concern about the traumatizing experience that Toto (his five-pound dog) went through at the weekend. Rachel says that a hairdresser taped Toto r's jaw shut after the dog had been bitten. As a result, Toto r became bloody and upset.

Rachel recalled, "My dog clearly was in distress. What I initially believed was a mask turned out be tape. Toto r was clearly injured and his paws were red. His toenails, cut too closely to the paws likely caused him to bite.


Wow! My Dog, an on-the-go pet salon, employed the groomer that was responsible for this.

Rachel took Toto straight to the hospital for emergency medical care. Having joined numerous other accusers of animal abuse, Rachel accused Puppy-Lux. San Mateo initiated an investigation for possible animal abuse.

Rachel described the injuries he observed, stating, "I noticed wounds near the joints, around the neck, and in the genital area. The wounds were so severe they caused bleeding."

Marianna De las Vegas is a Wow! My Dog customer who posted a Yelp Review about his pet being returned injured or ill. A Snapchat video captured by a customer showed a dog with obvious pain. He claimed that the groomer had forcedly inserted a towel into its ear.

Wow! My Dog also wants to make sure that customers are aware of the information the groomer gave him as someone who was trusted with the well-being of their pet. Rachel shared: "Juliann told that I should tape my mouth shut as it check here was an acceptable and normal method. Juliann claimed this is better than a muzzle because he thinks a dog can get hurt by using one. He said that he uses the method himself on his dogs.

Gate News called Wow! My Dog and she answered, but then handed the phone over to another woman who told Gate News that they were looking into the allegations. When asked about Wow! My Dog, the woman quickly stated that it is a separate entity. Then she abruptly ended her call.
